What are the tiers and benefits?
There are three tiers:
Bronze: Join with your first order; seasonal offers and basic shipping perks.
Silver: Spend $100+; earn 3% back on orders + $18.99 flat rate shipping.
Gold: Spend $500+; earn 5% back on orders + $14.99 flat rate shipping.
Silver and Gold members receive their respective percentage in the form of Store Points that can be used on future orders. Points are added to your account automatically once the order is fulfilled.

How do I move up a tier?
Just spend enough to meet the next tier’s requirement within your 12-month loyalty year*. Upgrades happen automatically within a few business days after qualifying purchases.
*Important:
Your Caskers Rewards points are valid for one loyalty year from the moment you receive them.
You will be automatically upgraded to the next tier once you meet the next tier's spending threshold.
Depending on your current tier, you need to spend a certain amount to retain your tier status for another year. If you don't meet the spend threshold, you will be downgraded to the previous tier. ⚠️
