After fulfillment

If your order has already been assigned a tracking number, it means that the shipment is on its way to the courier. At this stage, it is not possible to change the shipping address.

Once your order is in transit, you should be able to customize the delivery by contacting the courier directly.

  1. Visit the tracking page. You can find it in your shipping confirmation email or in your order history.

  2. Look for options such as "Change my delivery".

The following options may be available:

  • Holding your package at a nearby pickup location

  • Scheduling delivery for a specific date

  • Requesting a vacation hold

  • Updating the delivery address (in some cases)

Please note that these options depend on the carrier, may require creating an account, and could involve additional fees.
