Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase by visiting your order history.

Beyond the 1 hour mark, you can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase provided it HAS NOT shipped. Simply email us at [email protected] and we'll try to take care of it!

Once an order has gone through fulfillment (when the tracking information becomes available), cancellation is no longer possible.

Personalized items (e.g., engraved), pre-orders, special releases and seasonal products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
