If your order has not been shipped yet, you can still change your shipping address within 2h after your purchase*, provided your order has not shipped. Simply visit your order history and click "change address".

Past the 2h timeframe, email us at [email protected]. Indicate your order number and the correct shipping address, and we'll let you know if the address can still be changed.
If your order is already in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. We recommend you call the shipping carrier directly and arrange for a pick-up at a local facility if you are unable to be home to sign for the shipment.
