The shipping address can be changed as long as no tracking number has been assigned to your order. You can update the shipping address on your order within 2 hours by following the steps below:
Go to your Order History
Click “Change Address.”
Please note that address changes must remain within the same state.
After 2 hours
Address changes may still be possible, but you will not be able to action it from your account.
Make sure you provide your order number and the new address! ⚠️

After fulfillment
If your order has already been assigned a tracking number, it means that the shipment is on its way to the courier. At this stage, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
Once your order is in transit, you should be able to customize the delivery by contacting the courier directly. To do this, locate the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email and click on it to access the courier’s tracking page. Most couriers may require you to create a personal account to access delivery customization options.
Visit the tracking page. You can find it in your shipping confirmation email or in your order history.
Create a courier account if required.
Look for options such as "Change my delivery" or other customization features.
The following options may be available:
Hold for Pickup: Request to hold the package at a nearby courier location for pickup at your convenience.
Schedule Delivery: Choose a specific date for the package to be delivered. This is particularly useful if you know you won’t be available on the original delivery date.
Vacation Hold: Place a temporary hold on the delivery if you’ll be away. The courier will hold the package until you’re ready to receive it.
Update Delivery Address: In some cases, you may be able to update the delivery address. Note that this option is not always available and may be subject to restrictions, such as remaining within the same state.
Please note that these options depend on the carrier, may require creating an account, and could involve additional fees.

Use a Work Address: If you’re often unavailable during delivery hours, consider using a work address to ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
Monitor Tracking Updates: Keep an eye on the tracking updates to anticipate the delivery date and make any necessary adjustments in advance. Fees for customization options will be displayed on the courier’s tracking page before you confirm any changes. Deliveries typically occur during business hours and may require an adult signature. If you’re unavailable during these hours, consider using a work address for future orders.
