If your order has not been shipped yet, you can still change your shipping address within 1h after your purchase. Simply visit your order history and click "cancel order" or "change address" if appropriate.

Past the 1h timeframe, email us at [email protected] and let us know your order number and the correct shipping address and we'll be happy to change it for you.

If your order is already in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. We recommend you call the shipping carrier directly and arrange for a pick-up at a local facility if you are unable to be home to sign for the shipment.
