Please send us the error message via email at [email protected]. If possible, provide a screenshot where the message is visible as well as your shipping address and the product(s) you're trying to order. We'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

If the message says "This item cannot be shipped to your address", it usually means that one or more product(s) is not available in your state. Kindly try selecting another product and placing the order again. If the issue persists, let us know!
