I ordered multiple products but I only received some of them. What happened?

If a part of your order is missing, don't be alarmed! We use multiple partners around the country to fill our orders. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped from different vendors in your location and at different times. As a result, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each shipment as soon as they ship. If, however, you do not receive additional tracking numbers from us and you're still missing one or several product(s), reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll sort this out!
