I ordered multiple products, but I only received some of them. What happened?

If your order contains multiple products, the items may be fulfilled by several retailers due to product availability. If that's the case, your order will be shipped in multiple packages and arrive at different times.

You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each shipment.
