It may take up to 72hrs for the tracking to go live. Once live, the tracking page will provie the lastest updates on your delivery.

Sometimes, our retail partners use third-party courier services that deliver the packages to the couriers that complete last-mile delivery. In this situation, the tracking provided can take a bit longer to update. As soon as the last-mile delivery service scans the package, the tracking provided will update with the latest information.
